Staff had to manually switch tools, copy data between them, and respond slowly to customers. They wanted a single intelligent assistant that could understand requests, fetch accurate data, and take action across their existing systems without changing how the team worked.

The Solution

What We Built

We built a production-grade AI assistant orchestrated through MCP servers. It reads and writes invoices, customers, and payments in QuickBooks; interacts with Housecall Pro for job status, scheduling, and service details; sends and receives SMS via Twilio; and drafts and reads email through Gmail. It understands natural-language queries and executes multi-step actions autonomously — with heavy emphasis on reliability, scoped permissions, and safe execution so it behaves like a trusted operations assistant rather than a chatbot.
