What We Built
We built and deployed a custom AI assistant trained exclusively on our content, with a strict directive preventing it from guessing or inventing information outside the knowledge source. A keyword-triggered scheduling logic block renders an inline Calendly widget directly inside the chat window the moment a prospect shows booking intent — no redirects, no friction. The entire setup is embedded into the Next.js root layout using a performance-safe web component strategy that does not impact page load or Lighthouse scores.
