Multi-Store Shopify Portal

Manage Multiple Shopify Stores from a Single Dashboard

E-commerce / RetailLos Angeles, CA
The Challenge

What They Were Facing

The client operated multiple Shopify stores and lacked a unified view of performance across them. Monitoring revenue, product performance, and category-level insights required logging into each store separately, making cross-store analysis slow, inconsistent, and difficult to scale as the business grew.

The Solution

What We Built

Our agency developed a centralized management portal on Retool, integrated with Shopify's GraphQL APIs to surface real-time revenue, product, and category-level metrics across every store from a single interface. A PostgreSQL database underpins the system to ensure structured storage, scalability, and reliable performance as the number of stores and transactions grows.

Before this portal, checking how each store was doing meant logging into Shopify five times a day. Now the whole picture is right there - revenue, products, categories - across every store in one view.
